Q: Can I book this tour but I can start at Las Vegas instead of LAX? I will arrive in Las Vegas from New York on 31 July? so I can check in hotel in Vegas on 31 July, take grand canyon on 1 Aug, and tour end in LAX. and should I would like to go straight to airport on day 3, can I pay extra airport transfer to the bus driver/tourguide? thanks

The departure cities for yellowstone tours are:
Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Rapid City, Salt Lake City and San Francisco.
To take a Yellowstone tour will will need to reserve a flight (after tour is confirmed) to the tour departure city that you are taking.

2011-07-01 05:20:44 Hi Maria:Meal breaks will be arranged at hotels, various ethnic restaurants, such as Chinese Restaurants, food courts and fast food restaurants. There should be vegetarian food for you to choose from the menus. But we cannot give you a 100 percent guarantee for organic vegetarian food.
You are welcome to bring along your own food. Please note that the tour bus does not have any refrigeration available.

Please arrange the arrival time in San Francisco (SFO) before 11:00am, for all customers joining the SF City Tour on the same day.
As you will be arriving after 11AM, you will miss this tour, as you will need to de-board the plane, collect your luggage, and make your way to the pick up location. You will not be able to participate in the tour.
Note: Pick Up location in San Francisco Airport
1. Domestic flights with UA or AA - From Baggage Claim area, please exit the building and turn right, walk 50 meters to "COURTYARD # 4".
2. Domestic flights (and flights from Canada) with all airlines other than UA or AA - From baggage claim area, please exit the building and turn left, then walk 50 meters to "COURTYARD # 1"
3. International flights (not including flights from Canada) - Exit the U.S. Customs area and turn left, take the elevator to the 1st floor at the end of the walkway. Exit the elevator to "COURTYARD # A".
4. For passengers encountering flight delays to while transiting at another airport, it would be necessary to call us to let us know the status of the flight to ensure a smooth transfer in.
